Hue Sync is the application that allows you to synchronize all your entertainment with your lights and take your experience to the next level. Use this is your gaming room for an amazing and immersive experience, or in the living room to extend the image of the TV to the walls, creating a fantastic ambience. The application requires to be run through a computer, but you can then stream media to your TV. The whole setup is easy to prepare and can include up to 10 different lights in one entertainment area.
Hue Sync works flawlessly with your gaming and can be used to enhance your experience and take it to a new level. Set up an entertainment area with lights around your gaming setup, and then start the Hue sync app on your computer (requires Windows 10). After that, chose your entertainment area and the intensity of the sync (the intensity for gaming means how bold the colors are)
If you want to use Hue Sync together with your movies on the TV, you have to stream from your computer either through a streaming device or with an HDMI cable. Once the connection is set up, create an entertainment area just like for gaming. Decide the intensity and if you want to sync with the sound, and after that get started. The Sync experience expands your TV-screen so that the entire room feels like a part of the movie.
You can also use your smart lights to take the party to the next level by synchronizing your lights with the music you are playing on your computer. When you have an entertainment area ready, chose the music option and then chose the color spectrum you want to use. For calmer songs, maybe a softer spectrum works better, while for the faster disco music, a full color spectrum is the best. Chose intensity (which just like gaming decides how fast the lights change and how bold the colors are) and then get dancing
